Clicking on the rosette icon changes the acceptability values from preferred to acceptable and vice versa.
Alternative description acceptability editing:
Click the blue triangle in front of the term you would like to change the acceptability of to bring up the Context Menu. Choose Preferred, then select the desired Language Reference Set from the list.
The new Preferred Term now appears in the title of the editor.
Each Fully Specified Name and Synonym has a rosette icon, a red icon means that the description is preferred in the specific language reference set, while a grey icon means that the description is acceptable.
The Preferred Term icon is now displayed in front of the new term. A small asterisk * in the editor title indicates that you have unsaved changes.
Click the Save button in the main toolbar to submit your changes to the repository. Enter a comment describing your change in the dialog.
