Single Concept Creation

Single concept creation could be executed basically in the same way as bulk concept creation. Navigate to the main toolbar and select File > New… > Concept from template and hit Next.

On the following page of the wizard dialog, you can choose from the pre-imported templates (all currently existing SNOMED International templates are available), which will determine the concept to be created.

After finishing the wizard, the newly created concept's unsaved editor opens. This editor's content is based on the previously selected template, hence all the predefined attributes are present and only the missing parts need to be determined.

After all the necessary and missing information of attributes are added, you can refresh your Concept Editor with the icon on the top right side corner of the editor. This will automatically update the concept terms as the modifications indicate.

The concept now can be saved and it is successfully created.
